If the device does not have a name, it cannot be issued a license. Note: If you already have Citrix Receiver 12.7 for Mac or earlier versions installed on your macOS, and you upgrade to macOS High Sierra, approval is automatically granted to Citrix kernel extension. As I mentioned I'm using the Mac OS desktop applications and not going through a web browser. You can then set up an account by entering an email address instead of a server URL. The session opens successfully from a MacBook using Citrix Receiver for Mac. I'll post an update if I come across any glitches. Because the Mac devices does not have a registry like Windows devices, a license must be issued to the client devices name. If your company uses Citrix, simply login with your company credentials to access all of the resources you need to be productive from anywhere.
